The Hall Of Opinions

The corridor opens into a circular chamber with too many doors. Each one is painted a different colour and labelled with hand‑painted signs: PROBABLY SAFE, PROBABLY NOT, DEFINITELY A TRAP, and one that just says FREE SNACKS.

In the centre of the room stands a stone pedestal. Resting on it is a crystal sphere about the size of a melon, humming softly. Inside it, faint paths of light twist and loop back on themselves.

Letters etch themselves into the air above the sphere: THIS MAZE ADJUSTS TO YOUR CHOICES. THIS IS EITHER REASSURING OR NOT.

Three doors swing open on their own as you watch, inviting you onward.

Take the door marked PROBABLY SAFE. You enjoy being lied to gently. Take the door marked DEFINITELY A TRAP. At least it is honest. Take the door with no label at all. Mystery over marketing.
Refuse to participate in doors and return to the slab.
